Guarantee and Return Policy –
Guarantee: Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may return unused items for any reason for exchange, refund or account credit (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase.
Returns: No clothing returns shall be accepted after 30 days of purchase. Previously worn garments may not be returned. We’re proud of our products. If you need to send something back, we’ll gladly return or exchange the incorrect size for the right one. Customized items and special orders are not returnable. All sales on clearance items are final.
All returns require a RMA number. To receive a RMA number and additional details, please call 949-231-7569 or email us at customerservice@yinyangyogacompany.com All returns sent without a RMA number will be refused.
Place the product back in the box with a copy of the packing slip and a note explaining the reason for the return. Write your Return Authorization number on the note. Returned items must include their tags. Items exchanged will be shipped at the customer’s expense. Yin Yang Yoga Company will pay return shipping if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
